Product description
BLX4 receiver. BLX1 transmitter. CVL microphone. Shure BLX14E/CVL-H8E. This wireless presentation system that uses analog transmission guarantees reliability during speeches or any other form of presentation.
The Centraverse Lavalier compact condenser microphone with cardioid characteristics is known for its excellent isolation of unwanted sound sources. The frequency response of the CVL is between 60 and 12,000 hertz, and the sensitivity is -43.5dBV/Pa. The 25-gram microphone is equipped with a Mini T4AF four-pin connector.
The H8E indicates that the kit operates on the UHF band at 518-542MHz. The BLX4 receiver supports up to 12 compatible channels on one band. It is equipped with built-in antennas, an LED display with two diodes and two functional buttons, as well as a three-pin XLR balanced output for microphones and an unbalanced jack output with a diameter of 6.3 millimeters, which allows the connection of an instrument.
The last element of the Shure BLX14E/CVL-H8E set is the BLX1 wireless bodypack-type transmitter. The analog device with molded ABS housing offers gain control in the range of 26dB, has a quarter-wave antenna and an input impedance of 1 megaohm. Two alkaline batteries guarantee approx. 14 hours of continuous operation (according to the Shure specification).
A functional presentation set is available at SQM Rental House.
