Shure BLX14RE/MX53-H8E is a wireless microphone system operating at a UHF 518-542MHz frequency. The set proposed by SQM Rental House consists of a BLX4R wireless receiver, MX153 on-ear microphone, and a reliable BLX1 bodypack transmitter.
The analog Shure BLX4R receiver is adapted to be placed on a rack shelf. The device supports 12 compatible channels, and also significantly simplifies the configuration process with the scan function. On the front panel of the receiver, there is an LCD screen that informs about the group, channel, as well as RF and audio measurement. On its right side, there are group and channel selection buttons. On the rear panel, there is a standard microphone output (3-pin, balanced XLR) and a 6.3-mm unbalanced output for the connection of an instrument.
The Shure MX153 miniature microphone is an electret capacitive device with omnidirectional characteristics and a frequency range of 20 to 20,000 hertz (flat characteristic). The microphone's equivalent noise is 34dB(A) and the sensitivity is -41dBV/Pa.
The last element of the set is the Shure BLX1 wireless bodypack transmitter, which is equipped with a WA330 four-pin connector. The analog transmitter with adjustable input sensitivity is powered by two AA batteries. The manufacturer ensures that they allow 14 hours of continuous use.
