Product description
SQM Rental House presents the Gefen GTB-HD4K2K-148C-BLK splitter. The device allows the distribution of one HDMI input signal to 8 outputs in a great resolution of 4K DCI (4096x2160px) at 30Hz and 4K UHD (3860x2160px) at 60Hz with 4:2:0 sampling. The maximum clock frequency of the splitter is 300MHz.
The splitter supports LPCM 7.1 Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS-HD Master Audio standards.
The 1x8 splitter supports a 10-level cascade connection, thanks to which, f.e. two splitters can operate 15 displays in 4K resolution. In addition to the HDMI outputs and inputs, the GTB-HD4K2K-148C-BLK offers three switches:
- EDID, for external or internal EDID mode;
- Audio, for the choice of two or multi-channel audio;
- FST (Fast Switching Technology), for selecting fast or standard authentication mode.
There is also a Mini-USB connector (which is used to connect to a computer and update the software) and a threaded power connector (5V DC). It is worth mentioning that the versatile splitter can be mounted, e.g. on the wall, through six mounting holes. The maximum power consumption reaches 13 watts.
