The Scarlett 2i2 3rd gen is an external soundcard from the reliable Focusrite brand that features two high headroom combo inputs, preamps with Air function for a brighter sound, and the best AD-DA converters with a high dynamic range.
In addition to the aforementioned XLR combo inputs, the 2i2 is also equipped with two line outputs with anti-impulse circuitry, a headphone output, and a USB-C port through which it is powered. A 48V Phantom power supply is also possible.
Ease of use is enabled by the Quick Start function, which makes setup, recording, and playback extremely easy and fast. Gain Halo allows you to easily set the output level. The 2i2 also features low latency, allowing you to listen to effects in real-time.
