CLR2.MKII is a WHDI wireless video transmission system from DwarfConnection's DC.LINK Pro series, which offers transmission of uncompressed audio-video signals at distances up to 300 meters with a latency of <0.001 s, without the need for additional external antennas.
DwarfConnection DC.LINK Pro CLR2.MKII is characterized by simplicity of use - the device operates in the form of Plug & Play, so no complicated configuration is required. The CLR2.MKII supports uncompressed 10-bit (4:2:2 for SDI and 4:4:4 for HDMI) transmission at resolutions up to 1080p at 60Hz along with dual-channel audio transmission. The system operates in the license-free 5 GHz ISM band with a frequency range of 5.1 to 5.9 GHz. The CLR2.MKII supports 1:1 or 1:n multicast transmission in up to four, parallel systems. A built-in OLED display indicates signal strength.
Both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with 3G-SDI (on BNC connectors, including Loop Out for the transmitter) and HDMI-A ports - when the signal source is connected, the transmitter automatically selects the input with SDI prioritization. Both types of receiver outputs can operate simultaneously. The system allows to use an unlimited number of receivers.
The set does not use DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) technology, but a modified frequency modulation (MFM), which ensures greater stability in difficult conditions and crowded places.
The compact system operates with an input voltage range of 7.2-18V DC and can be mounted on a tripod with a 1/4" thread. With its miniature size and long operation range, the DwarfConnection CLR2.MKII from the DC.LINK Pro Series is perfect for film sets and production environments.
Available for rent at SQM Rental House, the kit consists of a transmitter, receiver, three antennas, four batteries, two power cables, a mounting arm and a dedicated case.
