Product description
Blackmagic HDMI to SDI 4K is the perfect solution if you want to obtain an uninterrupted signal with a resolution of 4K DCI at 24p from a device equipped with an HDMI output to a device with an SDI input. The Blackmagic mini-converter will take care of any conversion of any signal - from SD, HD, and Ultra HD, to 3G and 6G-SDI.
The device has one HDMI input through which the audio signal is also sent. However, this signal can be de-embed via analogue inputs on balanced 6.3mm jacks or AES/EBU digital input. On the other side, there are two SDI outputs, a Mini-B USB connector (which is used to configure and update converter via computer) and a DC power socket (12V).
The mini-converter also supports down conversion to HD. Weighing less than 200 grams, this versatile device consumes about 4.5 watts of power.
