Product description
SQM Multimedia Support offers a professional digital receiver ACT-828 with the Dante interface by Mipro. The two-channel receiver carries frequencies in the range of 20Hz-20kHz (-2dB) and works in the 64MHz bandwidth (UHF 5F, from 540 to 604MHz) with the possibility of changing the channel every 25kHz. ACT-828 is equipped with two antennas.
The 24-bit receiver features 2.7-millisecond latency, a total harmonic distortion factor of 0.03% (1kHz) and sampling at 44.1kHz.
The front panel of ACT-828 is equipped with two VFD displays that provide information about the parameters of a given channel, two knobs that control the displays' content and buttons that synchronize the transmitter with the receiver. In addition, on the left, there is a 6.3-mm headphone jack, volume knob and LED that indicates the selected channel.
The rear panel of the receiver is divided into two output sections, for which one three-pole XLR connector (symmetrical), 6.3-mm jack connector (unbalanced) and AES3id digital connector (S/PDIF, also unbalanced) are assigned. Each section also has two switches - one for disconnecting or connecting the ground, and the other for changing the mode from linear to a microphone or vice versa.
In addition, there are two RJ11 connectors and a Dante interface - a plug&play protocol that provides uncompressed, multi-channel, low-latency digital signal based on Ethernet. The devices must be connected via a Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6 cable.
An additional advantage is a possibility of parallel DC power supply (12-15V) and dimensions that allow installation in a rack cabinet (1U). SQM Rental House also encourages you to check the Mipro ACT-80T transmitter and Mipro ACT-80H microphone, with which the Mipro ACT-828-Dante digital receiver works perfectly.
