Product description
SQM Rental House offers a 16-channel DL1608 Lightning digital audio mixer from the American brand Mackie. The innovative mixer is characterized by the use of the iPad* tablet with the free Mackie Master Fader application as a control panel, instead of traditional faders. Simply connect your iPad to a stable and secured docking station with a Lightning port to fully enjoy the fantastic features of the DL1608.
The rear panel of the compact device has sixteen microphone-line inputs - 12 connectors are three-pin XLR, and 4 are Combo XLR/6.3mm inputs. On their left are two main outputs (L/R, also three-pin XLR). Under the mic/line connector series are six balanced AUX outputs (6.3 mm TRS jacks). Under them, there is the RJ45 (100MB Ethernet) port and a 5.5x2.5mm DC adapter connector. The DL1608 allows simultaneous control by 20 devices with the iOS system.
A four-band parametric equalizer with a high-pass filter is available for each channel.
The only available Mackie DL1608 analog knobs are dedicated to adjusting the input gain. Above them, there is also a switch for simultaneous phantom power for all channels.
The compact dimensions of the mixer are combined with phenomenal functionality - high-quality Onyx preamplifiers, DSP processors and wireless control via an application from the iPhone or iPad position only confirm this.
It is worth mentioning that a Wi-Fi router is required for wireless communication between an iOS device and Mackie. The mixer can be controlled without the need for a router when the iPad is connected to the docking station. SQM Multimedia Support fully recommends the Mackie DL1608 digital audio mixer!
