Product description
LD Systems MAILA M is a comprehensive stereo system that sets new standards in sound reinforcement with its flexibility. In the M version, the system offers 10 kW of output power, combining a variety of acoustic technologies into a unique solution: a bandpass subwoofer with cardioid function, a loudspeaker with built-in DSP amplifier and satellites with line array function.
The centerpiece of the MAILA M is a 2x15” 2.5 kW subwoofer with a state-of-the-art SysCore DSP that delivers deep and dynamic bass. On top of the subwoofer is the MAILA COL column module, which features four 6.5” woofers for extended bass and midrange. The module also includes a 4-channel DSP amplifier (2.5 kW) with SysCore DSP, which wirelessly powers the MAILA SAT satellites via SmartLink+ buses.
The MAILA SAT satellites, mounted on a COL column, feature a sleek aluminum unibody design. Advanced WaveAhead technology allows each satellite to utilize five 1-inch tweeters, positioned in front of a 6.5-inch midrange driver, and SonicGuide allows for seamless sound blending. Despite their compact size, the satellites deliver a bass thump of up to 100 Hz, resulting in a linear sound dispersion pattern with a range of up to 3 meters.
Each MAILA SAT satellite features an innovative swivel mount with EasySplay mechanism, allowing quick adjustment of the tilt angle from 0° to 8°, even with one hand, giving you the flexibility to tailor the sound coverage to the needs of a specific event.
The MAILA M is a versatile sound system that can be scaled to a variety of configurations. The MAILA COL module is capable of supporting up to eight MAILA SAT satellites and allows for a variety of configurations, both ground-based and overhead. The system is suitable for small festival stages and clubs, as well as for conferences and lectures.
The MAILA system can be quickly configured and updated via the MAILA app (iPadOS) or directly on the device. Thanks to the LogoLink® wireless connection, range of up to 30 meters is not a problem. The app automatically detects system components, making configuration easy.
