Product description
The YAS-109 is a compact all-in-one soundbar from Yamaha that supports 3D DTS Virtual:X virtual surround sound.
The Yamaha YAS-109 soundbar is equipped with 2 low frequency transducers in the form of 7.5cm (3") subwoofers, 2 midrange drivers (5.5cm - 2-1/8") and 2 2.5cm (1") tweeters. The unit's output power is 120W (2 x 30W on the front and 60W on the subwoofer), and the maximum power consumption is 30W.
The YAS-109 offers five audio profiles - Music, TV, Movie, Sports and Game. It supports WAV/FLAC (up to 192kHz), ALAC (up to 96kHz) and MP3/WMA/MPEG-4 AAC (up to 48kHz) formats. You can stream content directly from a smartphone or any other Bluetooth-enabled device - the transmission range is ~10 meters. However, the device does not support AirPlay (Apple).
The device has HDMI input and output (ARC), optical digital audio output (TOSLINK), Ethernet port (RJ45), subwoofer output (RCA) and USB Type A service port. The soundbar supports 100BASE-TX/10BASE-T Ethernet protocols, WiFi 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz) and Bluetooth 4.2.
