Product description
The STINGER 8 G3 is a two-way passive loudspeaker column from German brand LD Systems, which is equipped with an 8-inch ferrite woofer and a 1-inch BMS tweeter, offering a continuous power of 250W and a maximum SPL of 119 dB.
Thanks to the use of the boundary element method (BEM) in the column's design process, the result is an effective reduction of reflections, thus ensuring controlled and uniform dispersion - the sound beam angle is 90° horizontally and 50° vertically. The PA column operates in the frequency response from 70 to 20000 Hz.
The column, when mounted on a tripod, can be tilted by 5 degrees (Dual-Tilt), so it is possible to optimally adjust the position of the device. The Bass-reflex speaker case is made of 12-millimeter plywood with a polyurethane coating - the column weighs 9.9 kg.
